Coastal Bathroom & Closet Remodel

When the homeowners decided it was time to refresh their coastal home, they knew the bathrooms and closet spaces needed to become more than just practical rooms—they wanted them to feel like a retreat.  They came to us with ideas and together we created a plan for their bathrooms and closets. In both rooms, we started with the foundation of beautiful, custominstalled tile in timeless neutral tones. Soft, natural colors give both bathrooms that peaceful, coastal calm. In the primary suite, their goal of a spalike escape started with the centerpiece of a stonecomposite soaking tub, set beneath wallmounted tub fillers and framed by a custom wall shelf.  We designed an oversized shower with two shower fixtures to offer the ideal mix of relaxation and convenience.  To keep the room feeling functional as well as beautiful, we installed custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and tall storage towers at each sink, to providing lots of storage. The secondary bathroom received its own thoughtful transformation, echoing the same timeless tile, custom cabinetry, and neutral colors that create a consistent feeling of comfort throughout the home. Both showers have a low entry design: they are easy to walk into, especially if personal mobility issues develop. Lastly, because storage is always a priority, the primary suite now includes an additional walkin closet, created by using space behind the former fireplace wall. From top to bottom, these updated spaces blend calm, beauty, and practicality—exactly what these homeowners desired and will use for years to come.
